Upside down Stop sign

i traval to Howell alot and me and Austin (my boyfreind) and his little brother Zack were coming out of Walmart Parking lot and i noticed this stop sign being upside down

So i took it the picture with my Boyfriends Anonying little brother in it
the next time we were there it was upside right LAME!!
I love Howell XD
